Configure-related tickets in Perl 5 RT queues

Configure fanatics,

(Since we don't have a Configure-specific mailing list, I don't know of any way of sending a Configure-focused message to specific readers other than to create a github issue.)

Here is a link to the list of all tickets in the Perl 5 bug queue which relate to Configure and which are in New (unresponded-to), Open or Stalled status.

I do not favor pulling these tickets into Github Issues on a wholesale basis. But we should each take a glance at this list and see if there are any that we could handle relatively quickly -- or that have been superseded by the work we did in Amsterdam and subsequently.
