We don't want to overwhelm users with lots of useless outputs in the fixel directory. So, for each statistical test we should have a set of minumum useful files.

TO DO:

  • Add a verbose flag to the lm, gam, etc that when set to TRUE causes everything to be written to fixel files
  • Decide what minimal outputs are for t.test
  • Decide what minimal outputs are for lm
  • Decide what minimal outputs are for gam
  • Decide what minimal outputs are for gamm
