Kernel panic - not synching: write error on Dell PowerEdge Server SC1420 #298

Any idea how to fix this? ShredOS does through 100% loading and then crashes with this error (see full stack attached).

Could be a corrupt kernel image, maybe bad memory?

I would run memtest for a few hours and see if that passes ok or not. If memory is ok try burning a new flash drive if that's how you are booting?
