Hey guys I just converted a Vic3 savegame and noticed that apart from flags missing(made a comment on another issue about that for you guys) multiple countries do not have a commander or leader image displayed when selecting playable countries. instead, these country leader images are just black.

Furthermore, I noticed 2 Errors that the converter showed probably related to 2 countries that were in personal unions and thus did not have their own leader but rather leaders from other countries assigned. somehow the converter does not know what to do in this case.

the 2 displayed Errors are: 1 - "DEN country leader has no definition with ID: 1136"
and 2 - "GAL country leader has no definition with ID: 1180".
