And for the "no name yet" ones [=generated neo-cultures] , I think we may eventually think about extracting it from the adjective of a relevant colonial nation if existing, in the far future. That is, let the Swedes settle Brazil, forming New Stockholm; let thus a "Swedish-Brazilian" culture be created; we find out that there is a "Swedish-Brazilian" cultured nation, New Stockholm, adj 'New Stockholmer'; we thus rename the culture "New Stockholmer"

This is a lovely idea and I fully support renaming New World countries according to a set of (cultural) rules. However keep in mind there's aplenty of localizations to alter. You can visually rename Brazil to New Stockholm, while keeping it BRA - but if you do that you need to alter all the locs related to BRA with the word "Brazil" in them - and there may be a lot of those in events and journals etc.
This feature might be more useful for countries we can't map/replace with colonial tags. so, let Brazil be Brazil, but Swedish Brazil (its neighbor) could be replaced to something more appropriate.
