make it obvious we support slash commands #10895

I don't think our users have any idea we support slash commands now. From an Enterprise customer 🔒 :

FYI: You might want to change your UI. I never knew "/" was a thing. All our parabol cards in all my companies have always been plain text.

Given we have this feature for only a month, I think it's too early to know whether or not it's too hard to find.
