Auto expand reflection cards

Sometimes in retro we'll have a a topic with only one or two cards, so there's plenty of room on the page, but the cards are still tiny, so you have to scroll to see all of the text. It would be amazing if the cards would expand to show more of the text when there's room on the page.

I've run into this issue myself as well, and while we want to make sure that we offer a good balance between "cramming" as much content as possible in the viewport, and making it easy for users to access and consume the content, I think there's a couple of ideas to explore.

Idea 1: auto expand reflection cards when they're focused
This might be easier said than done, given how the editing behavior currently works. If I click in a reflection, it will enter edit mode.

Idea 2: when a reflection's content is larger than the max size, and thus it has scroll bars, show an option to expand.
This could be a subtle text button at the bottom of the reflection, than only appears on hover, similar to how the Spotlight button behaves.
