Thank you for your quick responses. I have one question that hours of searching haven't answered - what svgz is used for the notification popups? Is it just panel-background?

Hi, I am looking for Arc Dark Transparent theme too. Is it gone?
I've been used it for years, I have reinstalled, but it is nowhere to download anymore.
I find it much elegant than any other.
