CloudNGFW module/examples should support Panorama management #152

Cloud NGFW examples/module does not support Panorama managed deployment.
Describe the solution you'd like
Cloud NGFW resource require link_id to support management with Panorama. We should support this in our cloudngfw module as well as examples. The Link ID is created from the Palo Alto Cloud NGFW Tenant by adding an integration for Panorama.
