Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  1. We recently migrated the Talawa Admin web front end to work with the new Postgres API.
  2. Contributor are having difficulty logging in. This is causing development work to slow down significantly.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Update INSTALLATION.md to explain how to login as the API Administrator on a brand new installation.
  2. Validate your work by running docusaurus to make sure the headings line up correctly
