问题描述 Issue Description

使用paddle官方docker无法通过cinn的编译(DWITH_CINN=True)，报错信息如下：
2A1E507572D7D876526622A373E312BA
怀疑错误与g++版本过高有关，降低g++版本后此处不报错

版本&环境信息 Version & Environment Information

paddle版本：develop最新commit
paddle_docker：registry.baidubce.com/paddlepaddle/paddle:2.6.0-gpu-cuda12.0-cudnn8.9-trt8.6
g++：12.1.0
python：3.10
