Way to circle back rapid review to authors

Something that is not really COVID-19 specific but that would help a lot with making the content useful fast, is to have a way to email the corresponding author of the preprint with an alert that a rapid review has been submitted on their preprint.

Ideas on how to do this? On bioRxiv/medRxiv preprints there's always a corresponding author's email available in the metadata, as far as I know.

@murkatr @dasaderi ToDO: We need to talk with the OASPA Initiative more about a workflow for notifying authors that a review has been submitted. What are journals workflow for this? Are there any meta-data on the preprint about journal submission?
