Review drawer doesn't show-up with Chrome browser extension

This is an issue only in Chrome; Firefox works as expected.

After downloading the current Outbreak Science Rapid PREreview browser extension in the Chrome store and opening a preprint on a preprint server, I click on the extension in the toolbar and then the 'Add Reviews' button and nothing happens - aka the review drawer, which should show up from the bottom of the page, isn't there.
