Migrating this issue from OSrPRE: PREreview/rapid-prereview#115

For the merged platform, we want every review to have the rapid form and the option for a long review.

Discussion Questions:

  • How can we handle versions of the questions?
    • How do we want to aggregate over different versions of the questions?
  • Should we keep the two open ended questions?
  • UI Design consideration: The form + the long entry review will be very long together, so we might want to consider how best to display these, e.g. rapid rubric + prompt to add a longer review, or add both by default.

Future Enhancement

  • Can we enable different communities to tailor their rubrics and allow them control over it?
