Feedback from the diagnostics use-case, in which the user had to use the robot_monitor to diagnose problems:

* If possible, "Very High Load" should be colored red in the popup for the diagnostic message from the cpu monitor.

Maybe we should make a separate top-level thing for the CPU monitor. It could show up in the dashboard, and look like a mini-Windows Task Manager

[jfaust] A computers status topic would let us to this in the dashboard... possibly show red/yellow/green and then have a popup showing cpu/memory/etc. in graph form.

[watts] Agreed. I think this can be part of a pr2_computer_monitor upgrade.
