Looking to open this back up 🏋️

Currently in communication with @eebbesen & @michaelaltmann to learn about the project's history.

Enhancement ideas 💡

  • Update data (currently from summer of 2021)
  • Build API to keep data updated?
  • Improve search functionality to be more forgiving, user-friendly
  • Honestly can’t find any addresses I’ve rented (current/past) using address or owner patterns
  • Even neighboring addresses not matching
  • GOT ONE, gf’s last address in different (whittier) neighborhood
  • Where is MAP VIEW? Can we search for properties with it?

💥 USER-FACING WEB APP OVERHAUL 💥

  • Next.js/React base?
  • Move hosting anywhere but Azure
  • Associate custom domain name
  • Organize landlord portfolio ‘views’ to be more elegant
  • Fix typos throughout site && repo documentation
  • Highlight or emphasize property sale date when reviewing property violations
