A clear and concise description of the issue
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Upload a video.
Video uploaded's first second will have broken audio and video won't play. If trimmed, the first second also will have video cut in and out
Expected behavior
Video should play without any issues.
System Details
OpenShot Version: 3.3.0
libopenshot Version: 0.4.0
Platform: Windows-10-10.0.26100
Processor: Intel64 Family 6 Model 151 Stepping 2, GenuineIntel

What type of a file are your working with (.mp4? .mov? etc? MP4
2. How was this file created/recorded? Downloaded Clip from Twitch
3.
Does this issue happen with this file only or other files as well? Multiple files have the issue, though it is random which ones do and do not.

Did you upgrade from a previous OpenShot version to 3.3.0 or is this a clean first time installation of OpenShot? Upgraded
