kustomize command goes away on environment restart

I reported this before, but seeing it again. My environment in RHPDS spun down and the web cli lost the addition of kustomize to it, making part of the workshop unusable.

Confirmed, it looks like the DevTemplates get reset when the cluster is restarted. Investigating.

I've reproduced in my local SNO environment, looks like a bug with the Web Terminal Operator. I've opened a bug for it here:

There is a fix in-progress for this, tested it in dev and it works fine and put in a request to RHDP team to move to test and prod environments.

The fixed is to use the unmanaged annotation as per the upstream documentation:
