Why is this change needed?
Button renamed to that what the buttons actually do

How was the change implemented?
By adding string attributes and set the button names that need to be

New unit tests
None because of string changing

Unit tests executed by the author
None

How to test manually

  1. Install spp_programs
  2. In registry, go to configuration and create a tag.
  3. Assign this tag into two groups in registry
  4. Open or Create a program that targets groups with tag created and auto import and enroll.
  5. Button should renamed to Import eligible registrant → Import New Eligible Registrant
  6. Open cycle related to program
  7. Button should renamed Copy Beneficiaries from Program → Copy New Beneficiaries from Program
