Add Slack.

Apps (what settings do these have? what can they access?): https:// {example} slack.com/apps/manage

How can/should regular users vs. admins check/modify these things (particularly the connected apps)?

We should definitely this. To do: walk through the steps and format them consistent with the actual lesson plans.
