Locking down mobile apps: what will disable emergency 911?

In the locking down mobile apps session, my andriod gave a lot of warnings that said "this will impact the function of your phone". It is totally unclear which ones will impact critical functions, in particular what would turn off emergency mobile 911 location services? It would be very helpful if someone knows that and add.
