I want to start this off by saying I know this issue was already brought up in 2019 and closed because it was labeled as "expected functionality". This is extremely confusing to me however; as virtually all videos and content about OpenBlocks paint online indicates that the paint is supposed to leave the texture of the block. I think I can comfortably speak for most people when I say that is the functionality people are looking for with this mod. Most people who see how it works now assume its a texture glitch. If we wanted solid colored blocks we would simply use concrete.
As it stands the diverse and appealing functionality to tint blocks any color has been gutted and left the paintbrush as basically a useless novelty rather than an actual useful creative tool.
Perhaps this was the wrong place to post this but I think this is still very much a technical issue. I love the idea of the paint mixer so much but I will never touch it if the functionality remains as it currently is unfortunately.

I just want to add, if you are looking for solid colour, I thought that was the point of the canvas blocks the mod provides. Why remove such powerful functionality from all the other blocks and homogenize it as such?
