Text detection not working as expected in offline mode

Describe the bug

open interpreter not working as expected in the offline mode.On trying the offline mode text and icons are not detected as expected. But when i try the same in the online mode text detection is working and icon detection still seems not to work. Am i missing something here or is it about some system configuration

Reproduce

turn on the offline mode try to run anything in os mode

Expected behavior

navigate through the user query by identifying the text and icon detection
