Create/publish release from cli via grunt "npm run publish" #476

Its possible via github cli tool to create a release.
Include this into the grun task "publish"?

update version in package.json
push/commit change "bumped version to vX.X.X"
merge change into dev
merge change from dev into main
create release from main (via gh release create ...)
upload assets from npm run release (dist folder)
