How to use GeneFuse to detect fusion for nanopore sequencing fastq? #18

Hi sfchen,
I have installed genefuse and worked for the test data successfully. However, it did not work for nanopore fastq. Could you help me? Thank you!
My command line as follow:
genefuse -r ~/database/genome/GRCh38/Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.dna.primary_assembly.fa -f cosmic-fusion-list/cancer.GRCh38.csv -t 8 -1 ***.fastq -h ***.fusion.html > ***.log

genefuse hasn't been tested for nanopore data yet, so it may not work
