Qualification reports: blanks in the title page?

E.g. this title page starts immediately with the level 1 header:

However, created markdown report contains some blank lines before the header:

This becomes problematic e.g. when converting this md-report to pdf, because my pdf-converter inserts then a blank page at the begin of the pdf document.
