Hello everyone,

I am working on an inhalation model in MoBi, which I got from the forum [https://github.com/Open-Systems-Pharmacology/Inhalation-model] and I modified a bit for my project.

The file consist mainly on a 24-compartments lung (divided in tracheobronchial and alveolar region), the central compartment and a peripheral one.

In this file, the administration form is a nebulization to the lungs, and now I want to modify it and simulate an IV Bolus injection in the central compartment.

I am creating an IV-Bolus injection in PK-Sim, run it and save it as a .pkml file. After doing so, I go back to the MoBi simulation and I load this IV Bolus as a new event (Applications IV). However, when updating the simulation, an error occurs (the picture shows salbutamol as administered molecule instead of gentamicin, but because I didn't update the molecule building block yet, the issue is not here).

I am a bit lost on how to connect this new administration to the file, this is how my simulation tab looks like

If you could guide me a bit, it would be highly appreciated.
Thank you very much!!

Warm regards,
Kai

P.S. Here there are the zip files, which might help. The "genta admin IV" is the simulation I did in PK-Sim and the "sal_rat_inh" is the MoBi file I am using

Genta admin IV.zip
sal_rat_inh.zip
