Issue Description

New translations from crowdin on branch 'l10n_frontend-ui' has to be compiled for the translations to reflect on production. Hence the need for Github action to automate the compilation and extraction.
The github action is triggered only when "l10n_frontend-ui" branch is merged to "frontend-ui" branch.
