This is a suggestion to improve the contents in BATTERY_PACKS (and BATTERY_TYPE?) to make it possible to record available energy capacity for the float (e.g. in mAh or kJ?)
Currently BATTERY_TYPE documents the type(s) of battery, BATTERY_PACKS only the number of packs but not the number of cells within a pack, nor the energy capacity.
Feedback on how to best document this are welcomed

My current thinking and preliminary proposal is to create a BATTERY_TYPE - R29 collection with the following concepts:
ID
Pref label
Alt label
Description
BT0001
Alkaline
Alk
Alkaline battery
BT0002
Lithium
Li
Lithium battery
BT0003
Hybrid
Hyb
Hybrid (alkaline and lithium) batteries
But I was also unsure if/how to create a collection to best support the population of BATTERY_PACKS, and it would be great if we could integrate the battery capacity information somehow (either in battery type or battery packs, but I'm more inclined towards battery packs?)
