The parameters variable may have attributes as link to Argo vocabularies

Link Argo NetCDF variables and NVS vocabulary server #41

These variables may contain controlled vocabularies

DEPLOYMENT_PLATFORM (DEPLOYMENT_PLATFORM : unambiguous ship name and codes #2)
DEPLOYMENT_CRUISE_ID (Investigate constraining cruise names against one or more vocabs #3)
DEPLOYMENT_REFERENCE_STATION_ID
PROJECT_NAME (The population of PROJECT_NAME is currently unconstrained and seemingly used for 2 different concepts #5)
PI_NAME (The PI_NAME field is current free-text and unconstrained #6)
Accepted, should be restricted to pi_name variable
FLOAT_OWNER (The FLOAT_OWNER field is not constrained and populated in different ways #7)
