Hi, I would love to see (and help!) to re-do the annotations and mappings
done via the OmicsDI data schema with bioschemas.org.
This includes
Mapping OmicsDI data schema to concepts in (bio)schemas.org
Creating missing ones in Bioschemas.org
Working with repositories to converge towards bioschemas.org annotations
Another potential idea would be to accept new repos ONLY if they use bioschemas.org
in first place.
Are there any roadblocks to this plan ? Or "just" a lot of work ?
Yours, Steffen

Good start ! I was more suggesting to convince the upstream repositories
to adopt bioschemas to make your life easier. Now that they see
what great things come out of a meta-search like OmicsDI.
they might see the value. And I'd like to see more information from
OmicsDI reflected in Bioschemas, e.g. the Organism, ...
and use the OmicsDI momentum to harmonise across repos.
Yours, Steffen
P.S.: of course my favourite study is: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.omicsdi.org%2Fdataset%2Fmetabolights_dataset%2FMTBLS2
Uh oh!
