I just became aware of the Tag system, which is very nice but it does not "feel" like a tag system.
In https://www.omicsdi.org/search?q=ipb-halle.de&pageSize=50
the list includes e.g. 2017-07-14 | PXD006328 | Pride with a tag plant defense
which leads to https://www.omicsdi.org/search?q=plant%20defense which looks to me
like a full test search. That result list includes datasets without plant defense tag,
where the term occurs "only" in the title of the referenced publication if you go down into that dataset.
It depends a bit on the design goal, whether the tags should behave like tags/keywords,
then the search should be only among the keywords. Just my 2c, Yours, Steffen

Hi steffen,
thanks for pointing out, yes you are right.
currently it is text search only, update to tag based search is pending due to other issues and updates.
Thanks
