On the page http://www.omicsdi.org/#/search?q=*:*%20AND%20repository:%22ExpressionAtlas%22 , all the links to "ExpressionAtlas" (at the bottom of each result) point to the Atlas homepage (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/home) (see image ) but we were wondering if it would make more sense to point to the individual dataset in Atlas (e.g. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/experiments/ E-GEOD-5667) instead?
@baimingze here probably would be better to provide the actual link to the repository. That means that we will need to update the web-service.
