There’s a few things that can be done here, first increase your batch size in your Plex settings (press advanced). Also switch to using MySql if possible for the database |
Is there an equivalent batch size setting for Emby? |

Summary
Ombi runs sync tasks every hour that cause the CPU usage to be high, this is an opportunity for optimisation as this exscessive CPU usage increases power consuption, increases amount of heat generated by the servers and causes noise as fans spin up during these spikes.
