Deploy OWRFactory to gnosischain and test it

🎯 Problem to be solved

We want to investigate reward splitting on gnosischain. We need to deploy the OWR factory to do so.

🛠️ Proposed solution

Deploy the contract, update the readme, update the docs. Do a full test of a gnosischain validator. (Aly might have an old GNO validator somewhere we can exit and recreate)

🧪 Tests

The EL reward is in xDAI, the CL reward is in GNO, need to be sure that doesn't mess things up.

One or both of these tokens might be ERC20 not native assets, our OWR doesn't support ERC20 so if GNO isn't native we might have a problem

👐 Additional acceptance criteria

Document that the ether balance is weird on gnosischain (its also changed since the beginning. mGNO is no longer a thing. Validator deposit is 1 GNO).
