The existing README's discussion of the OOD_DATAROOT configuration appears to be missing.

README needs a mention of the associated envvars.

Do you want to write something up about the relevance of the OOD_DATAROOT environment variable in a pull request?

A lot of the environment variables are mentioned in their relevant sections. But we are lacking a section describing the OodAppkit.dataroot method and how it is assigned.
