Do brands release makeup lines every season? Does it depend on the brand?

Address issue:

Track all past releases within 5 years for target brands
Add the data to a table and median the time between releases and between brands to figure out how often the table of makeup and hexcode needs to be updated

Rescope:

If new brands are added
If a brand is an outlier and constantly out of date
