Discuss how to do data storage of other regions GH repository

We need to consider how we want to manage data storage for different regions in the future. As more data is uploaded to this repository, new users may not need access to all of it. Additionally, hosting all of that data here is unfeasible. Ideally, it would be beneficial to either create a separate repository or host a dedicated website with a database for each available region.
