onUserAddedToRole(UserAddedToRole $event) needs to add special handling for Role::TEAM_TRUSTEES

more so now future trustees also need a mailbox created not just a special forward

Quick fix to handle first.last alias was done in 813b8df

but mail box creation is still TODO,
moving this to 2.x as we have a year to fix it now
