Min and Max Phone number format #30

It is possible to have a minimum and maximum phone number format for each country? or for all countries?

For example:
{
"name": "Bahrain",
"dial_code": "973",
"code": "BH",
"min_format": "### ######",
"max_format": "### ########"
}

This would be useful, as many countries have multi format.
