Time of "sensor expired" is only for English speakers ok

This isn't an "English" issue. My phone is set to 24h clock and I would prefer xDrip to honour this setting.

I would really like to see this change in future xdrip.

No longer messing up a sensor change by 12 hours, because stumbling once again over the 12hr/24hr AM/PM diff between english and non-english users would be an strong improvement.

It is on my todo list. Although, I am not sure how easy it will be.
I have open submissions that have not been reviewed yet. I don't want to flood the repository with submissions.
It will be done if possible when we get to it.

Edit: I don't think my PR works for a follower. It only works for a collector. I will need to fix that. I will update when I fix it.

I have a PR that fixes this: #4131

It will be good if you can test it.
The following is a test release. You can install it in parallel with your existing xDrip.

There is no need to set it up to get readings directly from your sensor. You can set it up as an xDrip Sync follower to get readings from your existing xDrip on a test phone or on the same phone: https://navid200.github.io/xDrip/docs/xDripSync.html
