Depends on how well it supports CPU encoding. Encoding a high resolution stream without hardware acceleration will be very taxing on CPU resources.
It does look like a great option if we have good GPU acceleration though.

oh and I just found a previous discussion we had about this on teams:

It's underlying tech for that is https://github.com/Xpra-org/xpra which looks interesting. Seems to be a modern version of x-forwarding that can also do all the VNC/RDP stuff. Using WebRTC is clever and could help with graphics heavy applications.

It's easy to get running locally on fedora and could be useful as a start for your remote servers while running on your Macbook.
