There is a new container by @stebo85, use this command to test:

bash /neurocommand/local/fetch_and_run.sh lipsia 3.1.1 20240719

If test was successful, then add to apps.json to release:
https://github.com/NeuroDesk/neurocommand/edit/main/neurodesk/apps.json

@lipsia-fmri could you test the container on https://play-europe.neurodesk.org/ and if everything is working as expected, can you update the Readme and push a new version that is ready for release?
