The NethVoice CTI address book is structured on two levels of contacts, public contacts are accessible for reading to all users with active Phonebook permission (for writing the Advanced Phonebook permission must be activated) and which are used in the resolution of calls, and private contacts, visible for reading and writing only by the owner.
It is necessary to insert a new viewing level which is the group level, that is, contacts visible only for users belonging to the group in which they have been shared (additional permission for writing will be required).
When creating a contact it will therefore be possible to choose the sharing level between:
public
group (indicate the group/s if the user is part of multiple groups)
private
In the contact view, tag the contact with its sharing level.
Public contacts are published in LDAPS to allow physical phones to access the phonebook, the connection is via a generic user that is the same for everyone.
With the arrival of group contacts, it is necessary to use a personal user for the LDAPS connection of your physical phones to prepare the address book with public and group contacts, if it's possible it would be correct to add private ones.
Check if within NethVoice CTI it is possible to have advanced call resolution using group and private contacts as well.
