NethVoice Proxy: IP check is wrong

In the NethVoice Proxy module interface, there is a check if the public IP entered corresponds to the IP of the chosen network interface.
If there is no correspondence it is an installation where the NAT must be managed and therefore a warning must appear to communicate that a hairpin NAT will be necessary.

This warning also appears when Public IP and interface IP are the same.
