Complete configuration overhaul to bring back OVOS and Mycroft skill compatibility. This release adds default skills as Python dependencies, ensuring compatible versions are always installed with proper dependency resolution. The default Wake Word detector is now VOSK, which provides fewer false activations than Pocketsphinx.
