Sia-UI v0.4.2

Wallet initialization is now displayed correctly on small resolutions screens, featuring a smaller font and a scrollbar. The build process for Mac has been repaired. 'siad' has been updated from v0.4.1 to v0.4.2.

'siad' still does not exit when the UI gets closed, because it was causing database corruption problems. We expect the database corruption issues to be resolved for v0.4.3, which should be released in the next two weeks.

Sia-UI v0.4.1

This is the first release of the New Sia UI. (Version numbers are always pegged to the version of Sia they are compatible with; in this case that is Sia v0.4.1.)

This UI is developed around a plugin-based architecture that should cleanly delineate functionality, as well as allowing anyone to drop in their own plugin.

The bulk of the UI was written by @Mingling94 during his Summer '15 internship with Nebulous. Props to him! Hope you like it.
