Describe what happened?

The widget won't stay still if dragged all the way to the left of the screen. Filmed in 3.0.2 but tested and still happens in 3.0.3.

If it's not 100% to the side of the screen on the left it will stay where it is. At 100% to the left it keeps moving back to the center.
Also happens on my Lenovo tablet Android 14.

Describe what should have happened?

It should stay to where it has been dragged.

I made the same observation in this issue
