Detection not working

I keep having the issue when setting up an area to detect, it fails even when set to 20%. This area is on a brown part of the screen area, but when I go to check the detection, it fails even though nothing on the screen has changed. I did notice, however, that when selecting an area, the app is darkening the screen, so the selected area is darker than the original in the app. This effect appears to cause the detection to fail due to the area now being darker and beyond the 20% threshold.
