Fixes # .

Description

This PR adds following enhancement:

  • Currently, each type of ExecEnv (Sim, POC, Prod) has a fixed set of properties. However, some recipes may have their own env properties. For example, the EdgeFedBuffRecipe could use device simulation. The config of device simulation belongs to env. This PR makes it possible for specifying extra properties in all types of ExecEnv.

  • Renamed some recipes to follow common naming convention: EdgeRecipe => EdgeFedBuffRecipe; ETRecipe => ETFedBuffRecipe. The new names contain the training algorithm name (FedBuff).

Types of changes

  • Non-breaking change (fix or new feature that would not break existing functionality).
  • Breaking change (fix or new feature that would cause existing functionality to change).
  • New tests added to cover the changes.
  • Quick tests passed locally by running ./runtest.sh.
  • In-line docstrings updated.
  • Documentation updated.
